Besides offering financing through the traditional manufactured home finance companies for our homes, repos and home-land packages, we also have residential mortgages available such as VA, FHA and conventional loans. These loans can range from 0 to 3 percent down with lower interest rates. The same rates you can get with site-built homes. Installation
All prices include delivery, set-up, air conditioning, skirting and steps. We have used the same set up crew for over 18 years, with over 40 years of experience in house moving and set ups. We can install a permanent set-up on a foundation. We also build garages, carports, and screen rooms on modular homes.

Warranties
All of our new homes carry excellent warranties and we work with you to ensure you get the service you deserve from the factories.

Site Improvements
Include improvements to your site such as driveways, septic systems, wells and electrical wiring into your finance package. We also build porches and decks.
