Sincerely, When my husband and I first started drawing out the new home that we wanted built, it took us months of drawing and thinking and rethinking about it because this was to be our last home we would buy and start our retirement with and enjoy for the rest of our days. We got our plans together and I mailed off 13 letters with a copy of our plans, asking if the manufactures could build what we needed. We had special needs like wider doors and almost no hallways to accommodate my husbands wheel chair. We got 4 answers back. No, we won't build it. Too much trouble. Our spirits were sinking pretty much at this point. My husband went dove hunting one morning and happened to ride buy Highway 90 Home Center in Tallahassee. Later that day he picked me up and we visited the dealership. We were delighted to hear Don say "sure, we'll build anything you want!" After we ordered our new home and signed the paperwork, Don said our home would be built in 30 days. It was being built in Lake City, Florida and would be on the Tallahassee lot in 30 days. I want you to know that it was on the lot in Tallahassee in exactly 30 days!! We even went to the manufactures in Lake City while our home was being built and the people there took us on a tour and we got to see them building our new home!! They were very nice.
